Food Education Program - Whole Food Plant Based
This programme of 4 workshops, starting on 11 October, covers a wide range of nutritional information and cooking demonstrations designed to improve your depth of knowledge of food, 7.30 - 9pm weekly. See below for more information. Price £80.
Subjects include examining our DNA and epigenetics, toxins, antioxidants, bioavailability, Nature's pharmacy, Superfoods, your microbiome and nutritional deficiencies. We’ll look at the Power Plate model created by the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine and the different ways we can achieve a wholesome balanced meal.
